1. Service description

CrewSwap is a web application that helps UK-based airline crew members identify compatible duty swaps and perform indicative FTL legality checks based on ORO.FTL regulations. By creating an account and using CrewSwap, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

CrewSwap is intended for use by airline crew members. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information about your airline, base, and role.

3. Subscription
  • A paid subscription is required to access compatible crew matching, crew strip comparisons, and direct swap checking features.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as specified at checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are at our discretion except where required by UK consumer law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. FTL check disclaimer

The FTL legality checks provided by CrewSwap are indicative only.

  • Checks are based on ORO.FTL and the roster data you have synced. They do not account for extensions, commander's discretion, airline-specific operations manual variations, collective agreements, or any information not present in your synced roster.
  • CrewSwap does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any legality check result.
  • You must always confirm the legality of any proposed swap with your base operations, chief pilot, or relevant scheduling authority before submitting a swap request to your airline.
  • CrewSwap accepts no liability for any regulatory breach, disciplinary action, or other consequence arising from reliance on a check result produced by this platform.
5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with any other person.
  • Use CrewSwap to harass, impersonate, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to access other users' personal data beyond what is shown in the normal interface.
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically extract data from CrewSwap without written permission.
  • Use CrewSwap in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software forming part of CrewSwap are owned by or licensed to CrewSwap. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrewSwap's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CrewSwap after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
